EMERYVILLE, Calif., May 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- National Mortgage Insurance Corporation (National MI), a subsidiary of NMI Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ: NMIH) announces that Adam Isbell, regional team leader with the company, has been appointed as a director for the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association (TMBA). The TMBA is dedicated to advancing industry education, legislative initiatives and peer interaction for companies and institutions focused on mortgage banking and real estate finance in the Lone Star State. Founded in 1917, the TMBA boasts a membership that closes more than $35 billion in business annually.
On May 5th, Isbell began serving a three-year term on the board. In addition to that position, he served on the 2015 TMBA Convention Committee. In that capacity, he helped plan and coordinate the program, special events, social functions and fund-raising activities for the annual convention.
In 2012, Isbell was the recipient of the TMBA Future Leaders/James M. Wooten Scholarship. The Texas Tech University graduate served as the Chair of the TMBA Future Leaders Committee from 2013 to 2015. A Fort Worth, Texas native, he has more than 12 years of experience in banking and financial services.
