* National MI periodically updates its Business Conduct and Ethics Policy (the “Policy”) applicable to all employees, officers, external directors, contactors and other personnel (full-time, part-time, or temporary). Effective January 2024, the Policy was amended to make certain changes that are of a technical, administrative and non-substantive nature. The amendment of the Policy did not relate to or result in any waiver of any provision of the Policy.
